Grateful for This Season — and Looking Ahead
As the year comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting—not just on what we accomplished, but on how far this journey has brought us.
This year was one of growth in the truest sense of the word.
Kristen Brown and Amy Keeley, Founders of SALT + PINE
We expanded our team, welcoming four incredible employees who now help bring Salt + Pine to life every day—from logistics to styling to behind-the-scenes coordination. We added our first box truck, a milestone that felt symbolic of how much our business has grown and how intentionally we’re scaling. We had the opportunity to fully furnish two vacation homes, allowing us to blend our staging expertise with thoughtful, livable design for homeowners creating spaces meant to be enjoyed for years to come.
Professionally, we were humbled to receive recognition that reflects years of dedication to our craft. Being named Most Influential in Real Estate Staging and Top Ten for Vacant Staging affirmed what we’ve always believed—that staging is marketing, and when done thoughtfully, it elevates the entire selling experience. Amy being named a Finalist for Instructor of the Year was another meaningful highlight, recognizing not just our work, but our commitment to education and raising the standard within our industry.
Still, the heart of this year wasn’t just about accolades or growth—it was about people.
It was about the agents who trusted us with their listings, the homeowners who invited us into their spaces, and the relationships built along the way. It was about showing up consistently, refining our process, and continuing to create homes that feel warm, curated, and aspirational—spaces that invite buyers to imagine a life within them.
The holiday season offers a natural pause. A moment to slow down, gather with loved ones, and appreciate the path behind us. As sisters and business partners, we’re especially grateful for the ability to build something meaningful together—rooted in creativity, trust, and intention.
As we look ahead to the new year, we’re excited for what’s next: continued growth, thoughtful design, and opportunities to collaborate with clients who value quality, strategy, and elevated spaces.
