Leather, Leather and more Leather

Recently we were asked to stage a model condo for a new development in West Warwick, Rhode Island. This large condo has an open floor plan with some amazing features. There is a large island in the kitchen, sliders to the deck that let in tons of natural light and a gorgeous gas fireplace.

Being that it is December we knew that we wanted to make sure we had lots of cozy winter touches throughout the space. For us that means cozy throws, pine accents and lots of texture throughout. One of our favorite ways to add texture and warmth to a space is by bringing in (faux) leather accents. So we decided to round up some of our most used leather accents.

Leather stools in front of the fireplace are not only a focal point but they are also functional as more seating. These stools are great quality and surprisingly sturdy! We found these beauties at target.

Cream pillow covers with a leather stripe? On Amazon? A set of 2 for under $20.00? Yes please! These pillow covers have quickly become one of favorite accents. They work so well with almost any style and they add just the right amount of warmth to a space.

Ok, now lets talk about those counter stools… the cognac color is perfection and they really make a statement at that large island. They are comfy to sit in (your bum doesn’t fall off the side) and they slide easy.
